Gunn joined Tooley Motorsport at the end of his Cadet career {2010}, and made tremendous progress, culminating in winning the British MiniMax Championship at his first attempt in 2011. This highly renowned team is run by ex-British vice Champion Andrew Tooley and Rotax specialist Dave Tooley. Andrew, known as Drew, will be giving Gunn some worthy advice on certain lines and 'aggression', whereas Dave will be giving set-up advice to mechanic Ian Gunn."In my view, I think Drew has helped me a lot on my driving in the wet and dry and my 'aggression' side of things too. Also being able to have a data logger has also helped me understand my performance against my team-mates."

Ross will be working very closely this year with his team-mates. "Team-mates are a very important element of a team. You socialize with them, work together with them and at the end of the day, you learn from them."
